Grizzly bearGlacier National Park is more than one of America’s most spectacular landscapes. It is the source of clean water for hundreds of downstream communities in Montana, Canada and beyond. Glacier’s snow-fed rivers are the source of waterways that flow into the Pacific Ocean, Gulf of Mexico and Hudson Bay — watering 16 states and four Canadian provinces.

Glacier is also the lynchpin of the Crown of the Continent’s vibrant tourism industry. Two million visitors invest more than $150 million annually in the local economy, creating more than 2,000 jobs for northwest Montanans. Glacier Park is more than a big wilderness — it is big business.

Glacier connects to Canada’s Waterton Lakes National Park to the north. Together, Waterton-Glacier is a UNESCO World Heritage site and the world’s first international peace park — an international treasure we share with our neighbors to the north and with the world.

Our goal is simple: We want to provide the next generation the opportunity to experience Glacier’s tremendous legacy. Join us. Your voice matters.
